Joker Overview These Jokers have simple effects that give a definate advantage to a player, but they also can be survived & countered with moderate skill and timing. These Jokers have advanced effects that can quickly change the tides of a game. They are also harder to counter. These Jokers tend to have powerful effects, sometimes multiple effects; and can almost guarantee dominance in the hands of a typical player. These Jokers have the most powerful, outcome-changing effects in the game. An average player, with basic game awareness, can potentially end a game in 1 turn with Jokers from this tier. The “Joker Tiers” are an informal classification for the “strength” of a joker. This is based on the “reasonable” capabilities of a Joker in the hands of an “average” level player using common strategies and play styles. This is NOT an absolute categorization, and different players may have different levels of success with a joker depending on their experience, skill level, and playing style. Typically: The lower the Joker tier, the more skilled a player would have to be to dominate with it. ?
